AD Semiconductor is now introducing our new touch sensor IC, “ATMF04” which is a 4-channel touch sensor IC.
The touch IC from AD Semiconductor is specifically designed to improve the performance and styling of products such as mobile applications, membrane switch replacement, control panels and key pads.
Especially, ATMF04 is a low voltage MCU touch sensor and there are some useful features.
The operating voltage is 1.8V ~ 3.6V, 8-bit turbo 80C51 architecture, 2 selection internal oscillators (8Mhz/40khz), dual proximity or 4 touch sensor input, I2C serial interface and 4 parallel ( &PWM ) PIO, RoHS compliant 16QFN package..
Also, There are two major benefits of ATMF04 . One of them is low standby current. The other is SAR Sensor which is reduces the electromagnetic waves from the devices.
